This warranty does not apply to any defect which arises from general wear and tear, losses caused by loss of use of the goods, wilful or accidental damage, or negligence by you or any third party. The cost of returning goods for repair/replacement is the responsibility of the owner, we may request that the item is returned direct to the manufacturer for repair/replacement - if so we will liaise between both parties.

If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery they should be signed for as such and you should notify in writing via the e-mail address or fax number shown on the contact page within 48 hours. Your statutory rights are not affected.
