The cost of returning goods for repair/replacement is the responsibility of the owner, we may request that the item is returned direct to the manufacturer for repair/replacement - if so we will liaise between both parties.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery they should be signed for as such and you should notify in writing via the e-mail address or fax number shown on the contact page within 48 hours. Your statutory rights are not affected.
