Heated systems improve spray and coating properties, even when spraying highly viscous materials. This helps reduce material consumption with low overspray and much more besides. To make coating materials sprayable they may have to be diluted.
The Wagner SF23 Pro Airless Spray Package offers 10% Higher Spraying Pressures, 50% Less Wear Parts
Diaphragm pumps are a great choice when it comes to handling a wide variety of materials, from thin liquids to high-viscosity paints. QLS technology and low stroke frequency puts less stress on the components, significantly extending the service life of the pump and reducing maintenance costs. Valves are made of wear-resistant carbide and the diaphragm is made of solvent resistant polyamide. The SF23 Pro diaphragm pump has no noticeable pulsation, which when coupled with the hopper makes it ideal for fine finish work and small colour runs.
The QLS-technology is standard equipment in each SuperFinish unit. The lower stroke frequency considerably reduces wear on the components, thus offering a longer service life and a minimum of maintenance.
Maximum Tip: .023" (One Gun)Maximum Pressure: 3600psi (230 Bar)
The 3rd piston pump generation from Wagner is perfectly matched to a wide range of applications both indoors and outdoors.
Maintenance-Free, Brushless Direct Current Motor
Due to the improved performance, the motor works even more efficiently at low and also at high speeds. The continuous paint pressure measurement controls the motor speed automatically, thus ensuring a constant material pressure.
Large-Area Emulsion Work
High coverage performance with easy operation
Simple and Quick
Change of the suction system without tools.
Tilting Cart
Fast change of the container. Site-optimised tyres allow to transport the pump conveniently.
For spraying of emulsion paints, primers, fillers and latex paints, specialist coatings. Suitable for projects where two spray guns will be used (max 21 thou tips) Innovative - With the digital display you can read out and handle machine data, consumption figures, runtimes and much more.
3,600 psi (250 bar) maximum working pressure

In collaboration with professional users, a new generation of turbines has been developed that does not compromise where quality, functionality and price-performance are concerned. This new technology covers a much wider spectrum than today’s HVLP technology, and it offers the special Extra (X). Due to 60% higher air volume and 30% greater area coverage than other low-pressure devices the XVLP series shows a higher atomisation performance. Using the WAGNER XVLP Spraying system (consisting of a turbine and various spraying attachments), means varnishes, standard lacquers, high-viscosity lacquers and water-based paints can all be processed in a quality that convinces the professionals.
User-friendliness for everyone
Spraying is much simpler than you think! The compact handling and an distinctive fine spray pattern make the XVLP series by WAGNER a real alternative to paint brush and roller. You will love the simplified technology, which enables you to set up the main functions by hand in seconds only. Professionals who work so far with brush and roller and avoided the costs for a spraying device, as well as professionals who already work with a spraying device, will find a reliable partner in the FinishControl units.
The XVLP can be applied to many tasks, from trim finishes on radiators, spindles, doors or railings to small wall areas, coving, cornice etc. just by changing the front end. The XVLP is mains powered so a short battery life is not an issue and it weighs just 2.3kg so not too demanding on the hand, this does not include the paint in the pot.
Features -
- Battery driven XVLP turbine – No electrical cable & complete autonomy with a great spray finish
- Click & Paint system – By pressing a lever next to the trigger, and turning the turbine to the right, you can change your spray attachment in the blink of an eye. Therefore, enabling you to spray different colours and materials in the space of a few seconds.
- Very lightweight unit with a cumulated weight of only 1,9kg (Battery included) – Easily transportable thanks to the possibility of transporting the machine in its custom designed box
- Direct Control – All parameters (Product flow-rate, air flow, spray pattern and spray fan direction) can be controlled at the gun
- Led battery warning light & vibration – Proactively lets you know when the battery is running low. The led light on the turbine will turn from green to red, and the turbine will start vibrating, to inform you that it is time to change batteries
- Maximum air intake – Large filter area for optimal spraying and easy access for maintenance
- High performance turbines – Brushless DC motor with high efficiency for maximum power and durability
- User interface – The user interface is optimally readable during operation and protected from contamination (air volume, battery status and filter warning light)
- Perfectly balanced weight – Optimal weight distribution in the handle to prevent fatigue during use
PARTICULARLY POWERFUL AND FLEXIBLE
The FineCoat 9700 fine spray system with HVLP technology is the new paint specialist from WAGNER. The powerful turbine enables a wide range of interior and exterior applications, which can be extended with additional accessories. With the solvent-resistant HVLP gun, all common water – and solvent-based paints can be processed. In addition, the low-pressure technology of FineCoat 9700 creates minimal spray mist which is both material and environmentally friendly. All settings for air and material quantity are fully adjustable on the gun to match the object to be coated.
Benefits:
- HVLP fine spray - Simple operation and perfect surfaces.
- Twin air filters - Easily accessible filters with large surface for optimal atomisation.
- HVLP gun - Ergonomic design for fatigue-free spraying.
- Gun holder - For HVLP guns with gravity feed cup. (gun with gravity feed cup available as separate accessory).
- Holder for FineCoat gun - For work breaks, storage and transport.
- Integrated storage box - Ideal for needles, air caps, tools and cleaning accessories.
- Filter warning light - Indicates when the filter needs cleaning or replaced.
