Tip Clean is a handy solution from Wagner for cleaning your spray tips anywhere, anytime, without getting your hands dirty.
Simply place the spray tips in the top of the container and replace the lid, turn the container upside down and leave for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
Turn the container upright again and allow the solution to drain into the base, if need be brush any paint remnants off the tip body, we also offer tip cleaning needles to probe the inner of the spray tip if needed. It is not always easy to clean spray tips ready to reuse, with Tip Clean, you can do this quickly and simply both on site and after work. Replacement cleaning solution is available in 1ltr packs. Tip Clean works with all brands of spray tips.
Genuine Wagner XVLP check vale assembly, includes valve body, air feed pipe and inner membrane.
This valve is important as it performs two tasks: The valve allows a small amount of positive air pressure to enter the paint pot helping paint to be drawn to the fluid tip. The valve stops paint flowing up into the front body when spraying at an angle.
