We have super reliable super smooth delivery double diaphragm pumps. Ideal for high volume painting demands such as furniture / retail solutions manufacturing, commercial transport and industrial finishing or where ever a large surface area needs coating to a high standard quick time. They are great for basic fluid transfers with a wide range of liquid products. All of our double diaphragm pumps are supplied ready to use complete with pressure gauge, air regulator, fluid delivery regulator, we can also supply complete with both air and fluid lines ranging from 5m to 20m and a choice of pressure fed spray guns.
The LPH80 HVLP center post gravity feed spray gun is ideal for large backgrounds, spot repair, blending, shading and touch-up. Spray patterns ranging from 1.6 inch round pattern to a full 5.5 inch fan pattern. Low operating air pressure and low 1.8 CFM allow the LPH80 to be run with small air compressor, perfect for mobile repair.

Designed with a new LINEAR FAN ADJUSTER for a more responsive finer incremented adjustment which also helps when precise adjustment is needed and a quicker full fan to spot is required. The AIR VALVE SEAT is also new with oversized distribution holes which helps control the balance and performance of the droplets and improves the atomisation properties of the spray gun.
